This is an application moved by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr. P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 54/2015 dated 25.04.2015 under Sections 120B/420/468/471 IPC with the Economic Offences Wing, New Delhi.

Heard. Status report has been filed by the State. 3.

Learned APP for the State submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and cooperated in the investigation. 4.

Taking into consideration that the petitioner has joined investigation and limited role assigned to him, it is directed that in the event of arrest the petitioner will be released on Bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `1,00,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO concerned. However, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required by the IO/SHO concerned and cooperate in the investigation.
