% 07.10.2016 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the parties have amicably resolved the underlying dispute, which led to the initiation of the present proceedings, and in lieu thereof, the petitioner company has received an amount of Rs. 13,50,000/- towards full and final settlement of their claim, by way of a demand draft bearing no. 631513 dated 12.04.2016 drawn on Punjab National Bank, Kashipur, Uttrakhand. In view of the foregoing, Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. Leave granted.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
