BAIL APPLN. 2459/2015 It is submitted by Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, on instructions of Investigating Officer, that the petitioner is not going to be arrested and the charge-sheet will be filed against him as 'no arrest'.

In view of this submission there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner, as such the application is disposed of. However, the Investigating Officer of case shall be bound by this statement.
