% 14.03.2017 The learned counsel for the Judgment Debtors seeks further four weeks time to deposit the sum of `15 lacs.

He states that the Judgment Debtors have been unable to deposit the same on account of mitigating circumstances.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh.

The petition and pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
