% 13.01.2017 On 19.02.2016 this court had directed the petitioner to file the process fee. The process fee was not filed. On 21.09.2016 fresh notice was issued. Now the report is that the process fee has been returned under objection. None is present for the petitioner today. It is manifest that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition. The same is dismissed in default. All pending applications also stand dismissed.
