Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that present writ petition along with annexures will be treated as representation of the petitioner. Accordingly, present writ petition is disposed of with the directions to respondent no.1 to treat the present writ petition along with annexures as representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same by a speaking order in accordance with law within two months after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
