This application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of bail in case FIR No.340/2014 u/s 420/468/471/120-B/34 IPC lodged at PS Burari, Delhi. 2.

Today Mr.Tarun Arora, Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner on instructions from the petitioner submits that petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to approach the Trial Court.
