% 24.10.2016 This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 590/2015, under Section 135 Electricity Act, registered at Police StationVasant Kunj (South) and all proceedings emanating therefrom. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has settled the matter amicably with BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd./respondent No.2 and the settlement amount of Rs.77,625/- has already been paid. Counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that since the matter has been settled with the respondent No.2, the present FIR No. 590/2015, under Section 135 Electricity Act, registered at Police Station-Vasant Kunj (South) be quashed. Mr.Sharique Hussain, counsel for respondent No.2 has admitted that the settlement amount has been deposited by the petitioner and nothing qua

the said FIR is left.

Looking into the above facts and circumstances, since the matter is settled between the petitioner and the BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd./respondent No.2 and the settlement amount has already been deposited, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 590/2015, under Section 135 Electricity Act, registered at Police Station-Vasant Kunj (South) and all proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
