% 27.11.2015 Crl. M.A.17192/2015 There is a delay of 1470 days in filing the present petition. No good ground has been shown for condoning the delay in preferring the aforesaid petition.

The application is dismissed.

CRL.L.P. 744/2015 It appears that the petitioner had filed a complaint against the accused persons for offences under Sections 420, 463, 464, 468, 469, 471 and 120B of the IPC. However, despite the orders of the court below, no effort was made by the complainant to offer any witness at the pre-charge stage. On many occasions cost was also imposed upon the petitioner but no witness was brought to the Court.

Considering this aspect of the matter, the complaint was dismissed by

Metropolitan Magistrate on 26.8.2011.

The present application is against the aforesaid order of dismissal of the complaint and the discharge of surety bonds of the petitioner. As observed, there is no reason for this Court to interfere with the aforesaid order.

The petition is dismissed.
