% 02.05.2017 The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondent has released a sum of `69,76,92,000/- being 75% of the awarded amount to the petitioner on furnishing a bank guarantee. He seeks to withdraw the present petition in terms of its undertaking dated 18.01.2017, with liberty to file afresh subject to the outcome of the pending proceedings Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
