% 12.02.2016 The present petition first came up for hearing on 16th November 2015, when the notice was directed to be issued to respondent No. 2 for 14th December 2015. On 14th December 2015, the petitioner had not filed process fee and fresh notice were ordered to be issued to respondent No. 2 for 7th January 2016. Same was the position on 7th January 2016 and the matter was adjourned for today. Nobody had appeared on behalf of the petitioner in the prelunch session. Even in the post lunch session, nobody is present on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, it seems that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the present case. The petition filed by the petitioner is hereby dismissed for non-prosecution. P.S.TEJI, J FEBRUARY 12, 2016 pkb
