% 22.03.2016 The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.338/2014 under Sections 435/506/34 IPC registered at PS: Jagatpuri.

During the course of arguments, it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter is fixed before the Trial Court for hearing arguments on charge.

In the given facts and circumstances, the present petition is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner will have the liberty to raise all the pleas as may be permissible in law before the Trial Court at the time of arguments on charge.
