% 27.02.2019 Respondent nos. 2 to 4, namely, Sh. Raj Kumar @ Raju, Sh. Krishan Singh and Sh. Ravi Kumar are present in Court and have been identified by ASI Kumher Singh of police station Pul Prahlad Pur. They submit that they have settled the matter with petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion vide Compromise Deed dated 18.10.2018. They further submits that in view of the settlement they have no objection in case FIR No. 357/2015 under Sections 452/323/308/34 IPC registered at police station Pul Prahlad Pur and the consequent proceedings are quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 4 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be

served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
