% 02.01.2019 Pursuant to the order dated 26.12.2018, respondent no. 2 has filed a short affidavit. Mr. Sandeep Sethi, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks time till 07.01.2019 to file the rejoinder thereto. Respondent no. 3 has not filed its affidavit pursuant to the said order. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 seeks time till 07.01.2019, to file the affidavit. The affidavits may be filed as aforesaid.
Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 submits that the original schedule of the bidding process required the RFQ documents to be opened W.P.(C) 14063/2018
on 30.11.2018, and the RFP documents to be opened on 28.12.2018. He states that the date for opening of the RFQ documents was subsequently extended to 19.12.2018 and the date of opening of the RFP documents would consequently also stand extended. In this view of the matter, the statement of the learned counsel for the respondent no. 2, recorded in the order dated 26.12.2018, that the financial bids will not be opened till the next date of hearing, shall continue until 08.01.2019. List before the Roster Bench on 08th January, 2019. PRATEEK JALAN, J.
