% 11.02.2016 Bail Appln. 2471/2015 This is an application under Section 439 of Cr.PC moved by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 559/2013 under Section 304B/498A/34 IPC registered at Police Station Okhla Industrial Area. . DCP concerned is present in person and assures that henceforth, the Investigating Officer of the case will appear personally and in case for some reason, he is not available then the person who is acquainted with the facts of the case will be deputed to assist the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. As per the status report, the petitioner has already been released on bail on 04.11.2015 by learned Additional Sessions Judge. She has also placed on record copy of the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge. Counsel for the petitioner states that he has been appointed by Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee and therefore, he is not aware of this order.

In view of the copy of the order placed on record by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, counsel for the petitioner withdraws the bail application. Same is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
