% 12.12.2017 None for the petitioner. None was present on the last date of hearing. By this petition petitioners seek a declaration that the acquisition proceedings with respect to the land comprised in Khasra Nos. 1053 min. (319), 1054 (3-12) and 1055 (3-12) total area measuring 11 Bighas 3 Biswas, situated in the revenue estate of Village - Satbari, Tehsil-Mehrauli, New Delhi out of which petitioners are having half share are deemed to have lapsed as neither compensation has been paid nor possession has been taken over.

Counter-affidavit has been filed by the respondent / LAC. As per Para 4 of the counter-affidavit, the compensation has been paid and

possession has been taken over. Resultantly, we find no ground to entertain the present petition.

The petition is dismissed.
