The present revision petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging his conviction and sentence awarded to him for committing the offence punishable under Sections 279/304-A IPC. 2.

Latest nominal roll of the petitioner has been received from the Jail as per which the petitioner has been released on 26.10.2016 after expiry/completion of his sentence.

In the given circumstances, nothing further survives in this revision petition. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed for having become infructuous.
