Learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions submits that the substantial relief as prayed for has been granted but the House Rent Allowance (HRA) and Travel Allowance (TA) are not in accordance with the 7th Pay Commission.

Learned counsel for the respondents submit that the details of the calculations are mentioned in the affidavit.

This petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file calculations of the amount due to the respondents within four weeks from today and the respondents shall consider the same in accordance with law by passing a speaking order.
