% 03.10.2018 The petition at hand was filed in the year 2015 on the basis of compromise deed. The compromise deed has not been filed with the petition. On being asked, the counsel for the petitioner is at a loss. She regrets the deficiency in proper preparation on her part. She submits, after taking instructions from the petitioners, that she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, she undertaking to file fresh petition properly prepared and presented, supported by requisite documents within three weeks.
The petition is presently dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted.
