% 26.02.2020 During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that the pay of the petitioner with interest, directed to be paid, has been remitted to the petitioner. Suffice to say, vide order dated 06.01.2015, the Court only directed the payment in the scale of Rs.24050-650-26000 with interest till payment. In order words, it is not even a time bound case for payment.
