% 03.11.2016 Crl. M.A. No.8353/2016 By this application, the respondent seeks correction of factual errors in the order dated 26.02.2016, whereby the bail application filed by the petitioner was allowed. It appears to the court that the corrections sought are not merely typographical errors. The corrections sought by the respondent may also have a bearing on the final outcome of the bail application itself. Consequently, it is considered appropriate that the present application be listed before the same learned Judge who has disposed of the application on 26.02.2016. Accordingly, list this application before P.S. Teji, J. on 18.11.2016 after obtaining orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. VIPIN SANGHI, J NOVEMBER 03, 2016 sr
