% 31.12.2018 MAT.APP.(F.C.) 337/2018 & CM APPL. 54910/2018 The present appeal is directed against the order dated 20.12.2018 passed by the Family Court, South-East, Saket District, Delhi, by which the respondent/father has been granted temporary custody of the two children of the parties from 29.12.2018 to 06.01.2019, i.e. 50% of the winter vacation.

The parties and their counsels have appeared before us. It has been stated that the children have been handed over to the respondent (father) on 29.12.2018 as directed by the Family Court, and reiterated by this Court vide order dated 28.12.2018.

The parties have agreed that the appellant/ mother's apprehensions with regard to the orders of the family court may be allayed by giving her

some opportunity to interact with the children during the time that they are in the custody of the father. The older child namely Ananya goes for Music Class on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. It has been agreed by the parties that the appellant will meet the children at Select City Walk Mall in Saket, Delhi at 5:30 PM on these three days of the week i.e. on 01.01.2019, 03.01.2019 and 05.01.2019 until 7:30 PM. Learned counsel for respondent also undertakes that the younger child Atharv (5 years) who is undergoing speech therapy, will be taken for his regular sessions, during the period of visitation. The appellant will provide the name, address and contact number of the speech therapist to the respondent during the course of the day.

We hope and trust that the parties will maintain a cordial atmosphere to facilitate these arrangements, in the best interest of the children. The appeal is disposed of, recording the agreement of the parties as above.
