% 18.10.2016 Mr. Ashutosh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner-Bank seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, in view of the circumstance that the respondent-company has paid the outstanding amount of Rs. 14,50,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) towards full and final settlement of the former's claims in the present petition. Leave granted.
