% 28.04.2016 This order is passed in continuation with the earlier order passed by the court. Today Mr.Dinesh Soni, director of the petitioner company, who is present in Court, has handed over the keys of the property to the learned counsel for the respondents, and submits that the suit premises has been vacated and the respondents can take the possession of the same today itself. As far as payment of arrears of amount is concerned, a separate petition, being O.M.P. (Enf) (Comm.) No.7/2015, has been filed which will be decided as per its own merit.

As far as the present petition is concerned, the same is disposed of. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
