% 28.12.2018 This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 20.12.2018 passed by respondent No. 2 by which the licence of the petitioner to operate his eatery situated at 23-B, (GF-MZF), Panchkuian Road, New Delhi has been cancelled.

Ms. Shobhana Takiar, Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent upon advance notice draws the attention of this Court to the Standing Order No. 5 relating to grant or renewal for registration certificate for running an eatery house in the Union Territory of Delhi. She submits that the petitioner as an alternative remedy to appear before the Commissioner of Police and the time period for the same is also stipulated. Confronted with this, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that he would withdraw this petition and will avail the remedy available to him under the law.
