The petitioners have also filed additional affidavit dated 05.02.2019 in the matter. However in the course of making submissions on this fresh application, learned counsel states that the petitioners wish to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to move the Appellate Tribunal MCD or any other appropriate forum, to seek their remedy. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, leaving the petitioners to seek their remedy in accordance with law. All rights and contentions of the parties are left open.
