% 21.01.2019 By this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 597/2018 under Sections 323/341/509/359/354B/451/34 IPC registered at PS Ranhola.
Though the injured got himself admitted in a private hospital after his initial treatment at DDU Hospital and the doctor opined that there was fracture in the rib, however, a detailed MLC of the injured Gangeshwar Singh prepared at DDU hospital which also had the opinion of the radiologist after the chest and abdomen x-ray were submitted was of the opinion that there was no fracture.
The petitioner has placed on record certain photographs to show the association of the petitioner with the family member of the complainant which was not to the liking of the complainant and thus on the said date both the parties entered into a quarrel resulting in registration of counter blast FIR as well.

In view of the nature of the injuries and the allegations, this Court deems it fit to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Consequently in the event of arrest the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that the petitioner will join the investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer and in case of change of residential address the same will be intimated to the Court concerned by way of an affidavit.
Petition is disposed of.
