Mr Nandrajog, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondents states that there is an arbitration clause in the agreement entered into between the parties and the disputes raised by the petitioner are required to be adjudicated by an Arbitral Tribunal.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail alternative remedies. 3.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The pending applications are also disposed of.
