% 18.07.2016 Mr Wali, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the earnest money amount of Rs.30,00,000/- which was to be refunded to the petitioner has been adjusted by the respondent and in view of this, he wishes to withdraw the writ petition.

Ms Pushkarna, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent agrees that the earnest money amount of Rs.30,00,000/- which was to be refunded to the petitioner has been adjusted against the other dues payable by the petitioner to the respondent in part for running of parking sites. In view of the aforesaid position, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
