% 29.12.2018 CM(M) No.1612/2018 & CM APPL. Nos. 54945-54946/2018 I have heard counsel for the petitioner as well as counsel for respondent No.1 Allahabad Bank, who appears on advance notice. After some arguments, counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to resort to the appropriate remedy available to him before the Debt Recovery Tribunal under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of the Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
