Notice of the aforesaid application was issued to the respondent/nonapplicant but the respondent/non-applicant remains unserved. 3.

Considering the nature of the application, need for service of notice thereof is not felt.

The counsel for the appellants/applicants states that the undertaking in the form of affidavits of the two appellants/applicants filed is in terms of the order dated 24th November, 2015.

The delay in filing the affidavits by way of undertaking is condoned. 6.
