S.VIII-75/2013-Pers (L) dated 07.08.2017, in compliance of the order dated 11.02.2015 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 8080/2013, the petitioner has already been granted the notional promotion w.e.f 17.11.2010. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner, on his part submits that the petitioner has not yet been given the future financial benefits and that the petitioner reserves the right to assail the part of the order dated 08.08.2017 which restricts his future prospects of promotion and financial benefits by way of an independent petition in accordance with law and in view thereof, the petition is disposed off.
