% 11.08.2017 CMs No.28925/2017 & 28926/2017 (both for exemption) 1.
Allowed, subject to just exceptions.
2.
The applications are disposed of.
CM No.28924/2017 (for directions) 3.
This application seeks further directions to the Family Court in the matter from which CM(M) No.1190/2015, which was disposed of on 11th December, 2015, had arisen.
4.
This application in a disposed of matter is not maintainable. If the petitioner has any fresh grievance, the petitioner has to file a separate petition.
5.
The petitioner states that he had in fact filed CM(M) with respect to the fresh grievance but the Registry of this Court took objection, that it has to be filed as a CM in this disposed of petition. CM No.28924/2017 in CM(M) 1190/2015
6.
I have perused the objections aforesaid at page 41 of this application to which the petitioner has drawn attention but do not find it to be of the nature stated by the petitioner.
7.
The petitioner is granted liberty to file a separate petition for the grievance urged in this application.
8.
Since CM(M) had arisen out of a matrimonial dispute, the Registry to also seek instructions from Hon'ble the Chief Justice as to the Roster before which such petitions are to be listed.
9.
The application is disposed of.
Copy of this order be given dasti under signature of Court Master. RAJIV SAHAI ENDLAW, J.
