Mr. Jagdish Chander Aggarwal, Director of the petitioner is present in Court along with his counsel. The respondent is also present in Court along with his counsel. Both the parties have amicably settled the matter. The terms of the settlement are that the petitioner shall pay Rs.1,68,000/- in 14 monthly instalments of Rs.12,000/- each to the respondent in full and final settlement of all his claims. The petitioner has agreed to hand over the 14 post-dated cheques commencing 1st May, 2017 to the respondent within one week from today.

Mr. Jagdish Chander Aggarwal, Director of the petitioner undertakes that all the 14 cheques agreed to be handed over shall be honoured on their first presentation. The undertaking of the petitioner is accepted. 3.

The writ petition and the pending applications are disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties.

The petitioner shall remain bound to hand over 14 post-dated cheques commencing 1st May, 2017 to the

respondent through their counsel within a period of one week from today. The petitioner shall remain bound by the undertaking given to this Court that all 14 post-dated cheques shall be honoured on their first presentation. 4.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
