The petitioner seeks change of his posting order on the ground that he is suffering from Rheumatoid arthritis with Bilateral Hip Arthritis and relies upon medical certificates in support of this condition. Apparently, his wife has also been diagnosed with thyroid cancer and has undergone treatment. She is under supervision of A.I.I.M.S where she reports for medical following. He seeks change of his posting order on this medical ground.

This Court notices that the petitioner has been in and around Delhi for the last six years. In these circumstances, the only feasible

direction which can be given to the respondents is to facilitate the petitioner's treatment and that of his wife and accommodate him to the extent it is possible by granting leave at appropriate times for medical follow up. A direction is accordingly issued to the respondents. The writ petition is disposed in above terms. Dasti.
