Learned counsel for the petitioner hands over a copy of the letter dated 28.07.2017 issued by the respondent and addressed to the petitioner No.1, stating inter alia that it accepts the OTS proposal made by the petitioners as guarantors in respect of credit facilities availed of by M/s REL Industries Limited (respondent No.3 herein) which states that the petitioners have undertaken to pay the amounts as agreed under the One-Time Settlement offered to the respondent W.P.(C) 783/2016

Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 confirms the aforesaid position. In other words, both the parties are unanimous that nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition in view of the captioned letter dated 28.07.2017, issued by the respondent No.1. 3.
