It is informed by all present that in compliance with order dated 20.12.2016 of the Hon'ble Court, a sum of Rs.54,60,670/- has already been received by the decree holder.

As regards the issue of transfer of vacant possession of the property in question, none of the purchaser has personally appeared for statement. Judgment Debtor submits that he has no money to engage a counsel and is under financial pressure.

Therefore, at request of judgment debtor, both learned counsel request that matter may be passed over till post lunch session so that one of the purchaser is called in order to make statement.

As requested, recall the matter at 2.30 p.m.
