After arguments, this appeal is disposed of with the consent order that whatever amount which the appellants have deposited in this Court pursuant to the order dated 22.1.2016, will be received by the respondent/plaintiff in full and final satisfaction as per the impugned judgment and decree passed by the first appellate court. The amount which is deposited in this Court would be in a fixed deposit, and therefore, respondent/plaintiff will be entitled to the amount deposited in this Court alongwith accrued interest thereon, if any.
