(to be numbered) Today in Court, learned counsel for plaintiff has handed over an application under Order 23 Rule 1 CPC for withdrawal of present suit. Learned counsel for plaintiff states that the plaintiff and defendant no. 1 have settled their disputes by way of out of an court settlement and the plaintiff has received US$ 2,00,000/- in full and final settlement. He states that the said amount has been paid by the defendant no. 1 to the plaintiff as under:- i) US$ 75,000 paid on 28.04.2018 ii) US$ 1,09,000 paid on 26.10.2018

iii) US$ 16,000 paid on 19.11.2018 vide Bank Draft no. 002042 dated 19.11.2018 drawn on Punjab National Bank in favour of French Leather Factory.

Consequently, present suit is disposed of as satisfied against all the defendants.
