O R D E R

% 23.02.2016 This is application under Section 438 of Cr.PC moved by the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.598/2015 under Sections 354A(2)/354D/323/506/509/34 IPC and under Section 12 of POCSO Act registered at Police Station Badarpur, Delhi. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioners that the instant FIR is a counterblast to the complaint filed by the petitioner against father of the victim, namely, Abdul Rehman. The petitioner also sustained injuries for which she was medically examined on the same date. Thereafter, this FIR has been registered against the petitioners and others. No active role has been assigned to the petitioners. As per the allegations, one Vishnu gave iron rod blow to Abdul Rehman and his wife. Vishnu has already been released on bail. Pursuant to the directions given by the Court, the petitioners have joined investigation as such they be released on anticipatory bail.

Keeping in view the totality of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case coupled with the fact that the main allegations are against Vishnu, who has already been released on bail and the fact that the petitioners have already joined investigation, it is ordered that in the event of his arrest:- (i) Petitioners be admitted to bail on their executing personal bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) each with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned I.O./SHO. (ii) They shall join the investigation as and when called for by the I.O.

(iii) They shall furnish their address as well as his contact numbers to the Investigating Officer.

(iv) They shall not threaten or coerce complainant or any prosecution witness. The application is accordingly disposed of.
