1. Mr. Satbir Singh, Patwari, SDM Office, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi who is present in Court states that the valuation report shall be tendered within 15 days.

2. Letters of Administration is issued in respect of the Will dated 11th November 2012 of late Shri Anoop Singh Khurana in favour of the Petitioner. Written statements have been filed by both the children of the Petitioner stating that they have no objection to the grant of LOA/ probate in favour of the Petitioner. Upon the valuation report being received necessary intimation will be sent to the Petitioner who will submit the stamps to enable the drawing of the grant of letter of administration in accordance with law, TEST.CAS. 102/2015

subject to her furnishing administration bond and surety bond to the satisfaction of the Registrar General of this Court.

3. Once the above exercise is completed, the original Will be returned to the Petitioner upon proper identification.
