This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugns the order dated 6th October, 2015 of the Additional District Judge of keeping the objection of the petitioner / defendant qua the admissibility of certain documents tendered in evidence by the respondent / plaintiff open to be adjudicated at the time of final disposal of the suit. 2.

The petition was entertained and vide ex parte order dated 18th November, 2015, the Trial Court restrained from finally disposing of the suit.

The counsel for the respondent / plaintiff appears. 4.

After some arguments, the counsel for the petitioner / defendant withdraws the petition with liberty to make arguments at the final stage as directed vide order dated 6th October, 2015.
