Arbitrator. The petitioners are in need of said original documents for the purpose of their evidence before the Ld. Sole Arbitrator and since the said petition has been disposed off therefore there is no use of retaining the said original documents in the judicial file.

Not opposed by ld. counsel for respondent.

Application is allowed, subject to filing of certified copies of original documents.

AR (O) is directed to return the original documents to petitioner or ld. counsel for petitioner.

IA stands disposed off accordingly.

Arbitrator i.e. 03.05.2017.
