O R D E R

% 18.11.2016 Today, learned counsel for respondent-BSES has offered to pay Rs.1,17,677.25/- as differential amount for the year 2011 to 2014 because three domestic connections were not granted to the petitioner on account of alleged outstanding dues which were ultimately found not to be due and payable.

Respondent has also agreed to pay Rs.50,000/- as costs/compensation as well as refund Rs.1,38,956/- - the amount already deposited by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions of Mr. Shiv Shankar Gupta, Proprietor of petitioner company, states that if the aforesaid three payments are made in the name of Mr. Shiv Shankar Gupta, proprietor of petitioner company within a period of four weeks, he would have no objection to the disposal of the present contempt petition as satisfied. Learned counsel for respondent states that the aforesaid three payments shall be made in full and final settlement within a period of four weeks.

The statements made by learned counsel for the parties are accepted by this Court and both the parties are held bound by the same. Consequently, present contempt petition and application are disposed of as satisfied.
