% 08.07.2017 In the pre-sitting of Lok Adalat after certain negotiation both the sides have agreed to settle the dispute for a total sum of Rs.60,000/- over and above the award, payable by the insurance company to the claimant, in the appeal for enhancement preferred by the appellant, towards full and final settlement of the present claim. Banker's cheque of Rs.60,000/- bearing No.518582 dated 07.07.2017 has been handed over to the counsel for the appellant today in Court. In view of above nothing more remains to be done in this appeal, hence the appeal stands disposed of.
