% 20.11.2015 CM 27637/2015 We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. The appellants seek extension of time for vacating the premises in question. The order passed on 17.11.2015, which was essentially a consent order, was that the moment payment is made to the appellants, possession shall be handed over by the appellants to the respondent No. 2 and the appellants would also execute documents to transfer the title to the respondent No. 2 within a week. The appellants now want to wriggle out of the said consent terms. The learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 has brought the pay orders of Rs 3 lacs each in favour of the appellants. The same are handed over to the learned counsel for the appellants in compliance of the learned Single Judge's order dated 18.11.2015. The parties are also bound by the direction given by the learned Single Judge on 18.11.2015 with regard to the handing over of possession and execution of documents. The application is dismissed.
