This is an application filed on behalf of the respondent, inter alia, pointing out that the final award has now been delivered by the Arbitral Tribunal.

The said award is in monetary terms and the relief of specific performance has been rejected. In the circumstances, the relief prayed for in the present petition does not survive. The learned counsel for the petitioner also does not contend to the contrary. Accordingly, the interim order dated 02.12.2015 is vacated and the present petition is disposed of with

liberty to the petitioners to take such steps as may be advised. It is further clarified that any observations made in the order dated 07.12.2016 are only a prima facie view of the Court and would not be determinative of the controversy between the parties.
