In the order dated 18.01.2016, this Court directed the SDM, Hauz Khas to dispose of the case against the petitioner under Section 145 Cr.P.C. within a period of six months from the date fixed i.e. 22.01.2016. Definitely, the period is about to complete.

Even otherwise, perusal of application and order do not have any merit for moving the application for rectification. Application is accordingly dismissed.
