% 31.03.2016 The present writ petition has been instituted by the husband of Manju. Manju has been produced in court.
We have interacted with Manju as also the petitioner. Manju submits that she had left her matrimonial home out of her own free will on account of a marital discord. She submits that she does not wish to join the company of the petitioner.
In view of the statement made by Manju, the present petition is not pressed. The petition is dismissed as not pressed. The petitioner submits that he would take recourse of such remedies as available to him in accordance with law.
