R.P. No.361/2016 (for review of order dated 18th July, 2016) The abovementioned review petition has been filed by the respondents under Section 114 read with Order XLVII CPC seeking review of the order dated 18th July, 2016.

This order is being passed in continuation with the orders dated 9th May, 2016 and 18th May, 2016. The review petition is misconceived and the same is accordingly dismissed.
